To complete your order for a Condo Check Review, you we will require the following:
* Buyers name(s) and contact detail
* Name and address of the Condominium
* Condominium Plan No. (7 digits)
* Copy of Title to the Unit(s), including parking or storage
* Buyers & listing realtor email and daytime contact information
* MLS feature sheet
* The condo documents listed in Section 8.2 of the signed purchase agreement
* Note: We are not able to start a review until all steps are completed.

Step 1 - enter the buyer and both the buyers and the sellers realtor(s) contact info
Step 2 - enter condo name, address and plan no
Step 3 - Upload documents required in section 8.2 of the AREA purchase agreement
Step 4 - buyer authorization and payment
Access the portal as often as needed to complete the file by using the login information you will create to start the process. Access will remain available for 30 days after the review is completed.
* Provide the login information to the buyer, and to both the buyers and sellers realtors to enable access for them to upload documents and to check on the status of obtaining documents 24/7.
To complete your order for a Pre-Listing Review, you we will require the following:
* Name of the Condominium
* Copy of Title to the Unit you are selling
* Your email and daytime contact information
* Your name and email
* The condo documents listed in Section 20.52 (1) (a) to (q) of the Condominium Property Regulation, Jan 2020 (refer to the legislation tab of this website for a copy of the Regulations)
* Note: We are not able to start a review until all documents, the authorization and payment are received.
